Time.

Take a moment to look around you. Picture where you were a year ago today and what your life looked like then. How did you feel? Maybe your life isn’t exactly how you would like it to be right now but what do you have today that you didn’t have a year ago? I can see exactly where I was. Look around you and see all of the things in your reality that were once only dreams. Maybe these things are so tiny that you barely notice them when life is flying by. Maybe it’s the company of a person or little person next to you, maybe it’s the feeling of hope in your chest that hasn’t always been there. So…Stop for a second and breathe in all of the things that make you feel happy to be in this life. We are constantly walking through doors we once prayed would open, we shed tears that can be the most powerful words that our hearts can bear.

I have learnt that these past 2 years that it’s SO important to stop once in a while, look up and thank our lucky stars for how far we’ve come.So much has changed for me since last year. Probably the biggest change of my new life. I’m still wrapping my head around it all, In all honesty it’s been a year or 2 of reflecting and appreciating that I am meant to be here. I’m still gritting my teeth, still cleansing stress with my tears, still juggling/struggling with new daily challenges and once I have figured this out I’m sure I’ll let you know more about it finally.But one things for sure. Change is an incredible thing though, it keeps us growing and ever-changing.For me, here in this very spot, I can see each year getting better and better. I feel more and more like me every time I reflect on how far I have come. I wonder who I’ll be this time next year.

So to whoever is reading this. We can all be strong
