Gloucester University are having a Carly week
It starts this Monday Jan 23rd with I am a Club Captain Get Me Out of Here
Later in the week two of the best social nights out in Cheltenham are donating ticket sales to Carly. Later in the year -April they are planning to run a Carly Taylor Netball Tournament
Carly was a student at Gloucester University for 3 Years
Alana Riley Captain of the University Netball Squad is organising fund raising events at the University.

For Alana this looks like it was an evening of being covered in gunge and eating unsavoury – not sure what!!
This event raised a massive £3000
In addition each sport club took out a collection tin on Wednesday January 25th for the clubs’ social evening. This along with ticket sales raised another £500
Gloucester still has other activities going on so this total will rise over the next few weeks.
A massive thanks to all those involved particularly Alana for suffering so bravely in I am a Captain……– at least she was the winning captain – hope that made it all worthwhile!!!!
