Bahrain Netball Fundraising – Report 1
Gilly Salter and Sue Wainwright have had a brilliant welcome in Bahrain.
Gilly and Sue are there for 4 days to deliver coaching workshops. The sessions are being really well attended and the support for the coaching and for Carly has been immense.
The papers are full of the story of Carly as she is well remembered for when she visited the Bahrain for the Inter Gulf Tournament in 2008/ 2009
Gilly has been really impressed with the way netball has improved in Bahrain and has been very grateful for all the support they are receiving for Carly and her Trust Fund.
There has been massive publicity in the local press and Gilly and Sue have been on the local radio talking about their visit and raising awareness of Carly’s situation.
